I’ll be honest, after I paid I started feeling a bit unsure about whether it would actually arrive in good shape. But it showed up looking healthy and nice overall. It only had one tiny scar, nothing major, so I’m happy with it.

The cactus looked nice, yeah, but for the size, the price felt a bit too high. It’s cute and all, but I wouldn’t really say it was worth what I paid.

The packaging was alright, I guess, but the box arrived crushed. Thankfully the plant survived, so that’s a relief, but it would’ve been nice if it had been packed a bit more securely.

The order itself was correct, so I did get what I asked for. But the way it was presented made me expect something a little different, so I felt kind of misled once it arrived.

I ordered from cactus.store and feel kind of stupid for trusting their delivery estimate. They said it would arrive by a certain date, but the tracking barely moved and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. It did finally show up, but way later than expected. If you actually need something on time, I wouldn’t count on them.

I was a little surprised by how many different cactus varieties they had, because I was expecting to maybe find one or two of the ones I had in mind and then have to keep looking somewhere else. But they actually had a much bigger range than I thought, and the specific ones I wanted were in stock, which made the whole thing a lot easier. The site was simple to browse through too, so I wasn’t clicking around forever trying to figure out where everything was. It was just nice to be able to find a few plants in one place instead of checking five different websites and hoping someone had them available

I had to wait a few days or so just to hear back, and even after that my issue still wasn’t really fixed. It felt like I was kind of left hanging, which was frustrating...
